There are two correct ways to vent the exhaust for a vehicle. Side pipes and under the rear bumper.

Correct:

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

This is the correct configuration.

The lines are so much cleaner. There is no interr up ted look. Don’t even get me started on cars that have an exhaust tip on one side. Just hide the thing!

Wrong:

Kinja'd!!!

This is an incorrect exhaust configuration.

Kinja'd!!!

This is the wrong way to do it.

This has been you semi-regular PSA on what is the correct configuration for exhaust tips.

If the images get screwed up it’s because of Kinja. My sacrifices where apparently insufficient.

The exhaust on Bentleys and BMWs don’t even always use all four tips. Just the center two leaving the outside super shiny . At least the ISF spreads the carbon footprin t equally.

Nope, nope, nope.

Quad turndowns, shaker scoop, lower fender flares, side scoops, duck tail spoiler, t-tops, snow flakes, and that awesome gigantic and golden eagle..... No other car can pull off unnecessary over styling like the bandit era Trans Am.

And if you think otherwise, you are completely wrong.

Kinja'd!!! Future next gen S2000 owner > SmugAardvark

The bumper is cut to make room for the exhaust. That makes it incorrect. A c5 with side pipes would be awesome though............
